I originally saw it on Pinterest. It's a Lion Brand free pattern, but honestly, it's so simple. If you can do single crochet and double crochet stitches, you're golden.
But, there was just a little something missing for me. To me, it just felt like the clutch should have a lining. So I added one. I really like the pale blue contrast to the bright sunny yellow.
I love the size of this one too. Sure it would be great to hold your wallet and lipstick, but you could also tuck a few diapers and wipes in it too. A little diaper pack incognito.
I'm so happy with how it turned out that I'm making another one in black. Maybe this one will have a regular button instead of a crochet button? I'm not sure yet. What do you think?

This is so cute, and thanks for the link to the pattern. I've not crocheted for a while, but I think I could manage single and double crochet. Love the way this turned out - and I like the color you chose!
ReplyDeleteLove it!!!! I agree, crocheted purses need lining. You chose a beautiful color :-)
ReplyDeleteDid you sew the liner on by hand or with a sewing machine?
ReplyDeleteThe chochet purse is very beautifully designed, it retains its value much more than other as it is being hand embroidered purse, it can contain all useful articles inside it. suitable for evening parties or functions.
